Any time you need it, Keen provides a one minute deep breathing exercise using its button. Press and hold the button for three vibrations (approximately 10 seconds) and Keen's light will fade in and out, guiding you through a one minute deep breathing exercise to calm your body and mind. This is a nice replacement strategy for your behavior.
